The 4.25-acre site is located in the middle of a small town, surrounded by private row houses. The site is covered with a lush Lichi orchard on one side and flat open land on the other.
The client brief included a beautifully designed eco-friendly, energy-efficient, contemporary, and warm home. An open plan layout merging indoor and outdoor, welcoming natural light and ventilation, incorporating all the trees on the site.
The design should have a mixture of modern and local design and should be Vaastu compliant.
Responsibilities included working on the Architecture design of the structure and the Interior design for all formal public spaces, informal public spaces, and private spaces.
Drawings worked on- Structural, Design and Service plans and sections, 3D modelling and Renders.
